Remove the loose tile. Clean any mortar off the back carefully. Also clean any mortar or mastic off the wall in the space where the tile fits. Add new mastic to the back of the tile and push it into place. Hold it until it sets slightly, then let dry. After it has dried, make a small batch of grout and fill in around the sides of the tile to match your old grout. Let dry completely before using shower.

Michele got the right idea as far as reconnecting it to the wall, but also should check to make sure there’s no water damage that made it come loose in the first place? Which many times when tiles come loose it cause water has gotten behind your tile when grout has deteriorated or not sealed properly in a shower! Regardless once this tile is glued back on your going to want to regroup your tile and use a sealer to prevent water damage anywhere your shower is involved! Hopefully you got the proper waterproof Sheetrock on the walls? Should be a light green color not white!
