How to repair a river rock shower floor?
Hi all! I put down a river rock shower floor over concrete shower floor about 4 yrs ago. Besides the fact that it’s covered in soap scum, several of the rocks have popped loose and the grout is cracking and coming up. It’s in a certain area, not various areas, so my question is how and what do I use to repair this, and what’s the best sealer to reseal it? And what’s the best cleaner for future cleaning?

you can use a stone cleaner then let dry and seal it
It sounds like it wasn't done right and water is getting under the stones. Does the water pool in that area? If so, it wasn't slope properly toward the drain. To stop that from continuing, take up the area that's a problem and redo it.
As for cleaning it, try barkeepers friend and a scrub brush. After you get everything taken care of, seal it according to the directions on the bottle. If you have regrouted, allow at least 3 days for it to cure before sealing.
