What is causing my vinyl tile flooring to sink?

My vinyl tile floors were installed touching against each other. However, my tiles look like they have been squeezed together and it looks as if the edges have risen up and the tile sank inside the perimeter. It is also causing the tiles to crack. What is causing this and how do I fix it, other than replacing the tiles?

Sounds like your subfloor. Under the house, is there a post that is rotting, or sinking / soft soil? We had a place once that began to lean; was hard to tell until you dropped a marble or chapstick & it rolled. Went underneath & had a rotten post...
Have you had any moisture issues? Sounds like the tiles have moisture underneath them and the underlayment is swelling up causing your tiles to move and crack. You might be getting moisture in the seams whether it be from cleaning or some water spills or leaks. Hard to tell without a picture. Could be that the underlayment was not the correct one to use. I am not sure that you can fix this. You may have to pull it all up, replace the underlayment, and install new.
