Home Depot has pre-primed, composite 4x8 siding panels for $19.95 and up, and you can use 1/2" OSB for flooring...fairly cheap also. My brother and I just did his shed and put the new siding right over the old, and the same for the floor. -

I like the idea of putting new over the old. Wasn't relishing having to strip down to the studs. -
