Use a dolly, or transplant some of if you can.
If your area gets colder than the plant can stand you will need to find a way to bring it out of the elements. Its a beautiful plant, I hope you are able to get it figured out!
Take it out of that planter and re-pot in fresh soil,spray it down with horticultural oil,bring inside and place in a bright location
How about putting it on one of these roller stands from IKEA? http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/10155666/ They work indoors or out, come in several sizes and are cheap.

Home improvement stores sell platforms on wheels to put under your heavy pot. Then you can move the plant indoors.
To move the planter as is, get some furniture mover pads from Home Depot. Someone tilts the pot, you place the pads underneath and off you go
First, put it on a rolling planter platform. You can cover it with a heavy tarp and put lights on it (underneath the tarp) to help keep it warm... Good luck!

I have even used a small luggage cart (the kind that collapse/fold) to move large pots.
Home Depot and Lowes also sell plant stands on casters if you want to bring the plant inside.
