That is a given, soil needs to be filled and turnover every year for a vegetable garden. Peat moss, garden soil, lime and composted manure
Just add in fresh potting soil, garden soil, whatever you put in the garden when you started it. I add soil to my veggie garden every year if I need it. Just don't use top soil, there is no nutrition in it, just dirt.
You will always need to keep adding soil and other amendments each year since much of it seeps out when you water. It is a good idea anyway since the soil loses much of its nutrient value when it flushes away.
Hi Helen. Every year I add compost, cow manure, sand, and peat moss. You can also just add top soil.
