    In the 1970s, my young parents and we three teen kids dig up quite a few roots from the front yard using the first method in the wikihow article referenced her by another person. It was near the coast and the soil was somewhat sandy. I wouldn’t try it in clay soil. I’d consider soil, tree root type, soil type, and the health of the workers.
