How can I furnish my living room?

I have a tricky living room it is small with large bay window with a radiator below it, the room is narrow and has two openings at each end one leading to the kitchen and the other to small dining room. I want to know what is a good furniture option for this room ? The back wall has fireplace with 2 ft on each side also which looks naked and empty

A picture would be very helpful.
Put tv above fireplace, arrange furniture around fireplace, it's your focal point. Put in tall bookcases on either side for tv components.
