How can I get the "wet look" on landscape rocks?

I live in New Mexico (lots of sun & UV light) and use a lot of rock, thumb to fist-sized in my garden. I would like to spray them with something that will standup in this climate to bring out their color, like they look when wet. Thanks!

You can paint them with non yellowing polythane. It comes in water clean up.
A spray paint sealer rated for outdoor use should work. A gloss finish would be more shiny than satin.
