My Father swore by this method. Put jars filled with red food coloring and water every 10-12 feet around the garden. I dont know how it works but the rabbits did not eat our garden

Someone told me that they passed by a house in Scituate and they had red Solo cups all along the garden. Do you think that will do the trick as well?

We have a low voltage wire around our garden that gives rabbits, groundhogs, etc a little buzz if they try to cross it. It has about the same voltage as an electric fence for a dog. Needless t say, they stay away after the first time! It isn't enough voltage to hurt a child or anyone else.

Use human or pet hair and spread it around your garden. You can use what you get out of your brush or sometimes salons will give you some. Also if you have a cat, sprinkle used litter around your garden. I know that sounds gross but it works too.
