you can use a sturdy small branch that looks like a mini tree attach some small silk leaves to look like the trees foliage them get some red polymer clay like femo and make pea sized balls make a small depression in the top and insert a small thin wire to attach to the tree bake in oven at suggested temp should look great
Maybe like you would make a mini topiary. I would recommend a sturdy short stick for a truck, a small Styrofoam ball covered in moss and red or yellow beads glued on for the apples
