Use bricks to make a border around trees and shrub
Hi all I have several bags of sand can I combined the sand with anything to get it hard enough to lay it beneath bricks that I want to use to create a boarder Around trees and shrubs?

It will be a lot easier to simply get pre-bagged concrete to use on the bricks... the last thing you need is for the border to fall apart due to a mortar that doesn't work... find another use for the sand. -

If it's play sand it will never get hard enough to stay put. If your just using it to level the ground under the bricks it might work, but you may have to redo it if you get a lot of rain.
