Hi Ltc, I'd have the patio power washed first. Let it dry in the sun. Their are so many colors you can pick from, and roll it on. Use a paint roller and attach it to a broom handle. Visit Home Depot or Lowe's, and ask for paint for a patio, that will hold up with the weather.
