How many cans of spray paint will it take to paint a swing set?

I dont know that answer but wanted to suggest a brush on Rustoleum instead. No doubt it will take longer but they offer high quality paints for metal that dont require primer. They are oil based and after mini prep like brushing loose paint with a wire brush you can begin. I inagine a lot of soray paint will be lost in the atmosphere. Hope this helps.

How long is a bit of rope???? Depends on the size of the Swing Set and the Coverage you get with the paint. Check out the back of the Cans for a guide.

That’s a tricky one I recently did a mesh metal patio set and a hammock and I actually needed less than I anticipated. Seem to remember buying seven cans for the patio set and two cans for the hammock.

Keeping the receipt will always allow you to return unused cans or it may be good to keep the spare can to have as a replacement for touch up.

I would call the one 800 service of your preferred spray can company and ask for their advice caculating need. The big tip is to apply on a windless day and allow dry time, reapplying thin layers

Maybe 3. As noted above--you can return any unused spray paint or if you need one more can--you can go get another one!

Buy your paint at Home Depot or Lowe's. Buy extra. They will take back any unopened cans within a month or so of purchase.
