Are these bronze the material or bronze-colored? I hope this isn't unwelcome advice, but if you have statues that are made of bronze, I would recommend not painting them, especially if they're older. You might want to take them to get appraised first before doing any DIY, just in case they're valuable!
Is it signed anywhere? If it's just a new-ish garden statue from a home improvement-type store, I think it's probably fine to paint it. If it's something that's a bit older, you might want to get it checked out.

Thank you, I just want the patina to show better. Seems like it has got white film from being outside. So thought I could find a patina paint.
Are you suggesting that I clean it with the ammonia based product and see how it looks?
