I would like to finish my backyard fence...ideas?

I would love to finish my fence. It has been years and only the back half and two side panels are done. My ex-husband was putting the fence up but stopped after we started the divorce process. Just need help putting the fence up. Thanks.

The obvious questions from us are: what kind of fence is it?
Do you have the undone parts/fence panels in storage? Did he put all the posts in?
How many feet of fencing still needs to be done?
A photo would help “fence” people give you accurate information and advice as well.
