zinzer is another product I know has been used for this purpose. It’s very high adhesion. Make sure your tiles are clean. Use TSP to clean them.
Yes, you can!! We had shiny tiles in our entry way and we painted them and they have held up great! Use primer, chalk paint, and polycrylic :)

Yes you sure can!!! We have the best product for that. We have a product called Slick Stick. It makes our Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral paint stick to any slippery surface. Its awesome stuff!
