Can I paint indoor outdoor carpet?

Sia@South 47th on Aug 31, 2013I think it would be less hassle and have a better overall look and 'feel' if you just purchased a new one. If you can't rip it up and place it down yourself, just have them do the install.Helpful Reply

Helen Cocuzza on Sep 01, 2013Now with all the summer clearance sales you should try to pick up either a new indoor/outdoor rug or a sisal indoor/outdoor rug. They have pretty designs & even colors- Ive seen a 5x7 one for under $10 the other day in Lowes or Home Depot, theres various sizes & you can cut the thinner ones to fit just as well. Good Luck.Helpful Reply

Susan Cryor on Sep 02, 2013I did, by accident...oil paint. Cleaned it up with mineral spirits, the carpet "bubbled up" and we had to replace it :( so I would agree, replace it....Helpful Reply
