According the Annie Sloan chalk paint website, you totally can! And customers seem to have had success in doing so!
You can! One regular coat and 1-2 thinned out coats of chalk paint should be sufficient for painting tile. Good luck!

Personally I'd use a bonding primer then any latex paint of your choice. At least a semi-gloss would be recommended for easier cleaning. If your bathroom tiles are going to be exposed to water (i.e. next to the sink and bath or shower area) I would seriously consider the primer/paint method over chalk paint.
If you have ASCP already, you could try a test area to see how it holds up before you purchase primer and paint. :-)
