Chalk board from chalk paint?

I read that, with country chic paints, you can make a chalk board from any color. Anybody tried this? Would another brand work?

I only know you can make chalk paint in any color, not chalk board paint. Two totally different products.

You can make chalk paint with any paint using plaster of paris! Just make sure it is mixed very well until all of the lumps are gone!

  Good to know! I've got a project in mind, but i reallllly don't want to use black. I'd kinda like to work with the colors I've already got and not spend any more $$ either! I will definitely give this a try. I've already got a butt load of plaster too! 👍I'm excited!😃thank you so much!

  How does their ambassador program work? Do you have to have a shop? I got an invite for an application for them but I personally don't know anybody whos used their paints. I never have and I'd kinda like to try the product before I jump in. If my application is approved, How much of an investment is it? Sorry, lots of questions 😄

  You don’t! You just promote this products on your social media or blog and you have your own link for their website and coupon code, and whenever anyone uses it, you make a commission. Seriously try the paints! I was a huge Annie Sloan fan until I tried country chic. It’s technically a mineral paint, not chalk paint. So it looks the same but it’s much thinner and applies so much better, plus a little goes a long way.
