You have an acrylic stove top? How does it not melt? But, I use a razor blade scraper, like this https://smile.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_1_7?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=razon+blade+scraper&sprefix=razon+b%2Caps%2C151&crid=2F2DO3W8ZLU4B to clean my glass top stove and to remove hot glue from my counter tops (kids!).
Scraper is recommended by stove manufacturer...
What type of paint was used? I have never heard of an acrylic stove top, but that doesn't mean they do not exist.
I'm assuming the paint was acrylic. If it's a flat top, then the top is actually glass and you should be able to use your manufacturer's instructions to clean off even the paint spots. If your top is electric burners or gas burners, I'd try Barkeeps Friend, Bon Ami or Soft Scrub to work the spots without scratching the surface. They should 'pop' off with a little effort.
I use a single edge razor blade on flat top to get crusty bits off.
Single edged razor or plastic store card.
Stove tops are not acrylic or they would melt. It it is glass just use you fingernail.
