What is the easiest way to remove dried watercolor paint from my tile kitchen table? Granddaughters got a little carried away.

you should be able to clean the stain with a cleaner that has some ammonia in it. just don't use straight ammonia and be careful of fumes.
It should just wipe right up! Take a soft cloth and run it under warm tap water. That should do it.
Water color should wipe up with water and a paper towel. Because tile is glazed, it should not have soaked in. The grout lines may be a problem for staining. There are grout line markers that you can restore your grout with once it’s been cleaned.
