What is the best paint to use on plastic flower pots

I'm a fan of Rust-Oleum's Painter's Touch spray paint. It is inexpensive at under $4 a can, covers well, is made to bond to plastics and other materials, available in more colors than most paints, and is available at many stores. I find a great selection at Home Depot.
