What is the effect when you spray stain glass inside of bottles?

Never heard of spray stained glass, it has to be some sort of paint. It will look like a spray painted bottle.
I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but if you spray "looking glass" paint onto bottles and then spritz it with vinegar, it's called mercury glass. And if you're wanting to make regular glass look like stained glass, you can mix food colouring and clear school glue or food colouring and Mod Podge!
