Can I paint the grout in my white tile white ? What kind of paint ?

Yes you can but first be sure to wash it well especially if the tile is on the floor. Then tape off your tile and paint the grout with an artists brush. It will give it a more natural look rather than rolling it on. I used satin latex on mine because the satin is easier to keep clean than the flat base. Good luck as this is an easy project

I, too, have painted grout, but I did it between floor tiles using ordinary latex paint in a sateen finish. It looks just as good now as it did when I did it eight months ago. You can also buy small containers of paint especially for grout at Benjamin Moore paint stores.

Most tile stores sell grout dye. I did my whole kitchen floor grout, from a cream color to darker brown, because I never could get it clean and all one color. It worked out great.
