Krylon paint made for plastic would work well. Remove the doors and use a spray. Follow the instructions on the can.

You can use chalk paint. For ease--try the Rustoleum Chalked brand that comes in a spray paint can rather than the quart can that you paint on with a brush. You will also have to buy the Rustoleum Chalked clear spray that is is made to go with the Rustoleum Chalked paint. If you try to use any other kind of clear spray it will make this paint bubble. I learned this from experience more than once--trust me!! I painted my hutch with chalk--the lower door fronts are made from plastic that looked like stained wood--the chalk paint has held up on these plastic door fronts so I would guess it would hold up on your plastic closet doors. You could/should prime the doors first with a spray primer--this would also help the chalk paint adhere to the plastic.
