Take out the glass and spray paint it silver -

I would lightly sand the frame, and then spray paint it with a silver metallic paint. -

spray paint! There are brands that will stick to plastic or actual metal depending on your frame. Take your glass out. Clean the frame. Spray. Let dry. Reassemble. 😁 -
