My kitchen wall needed a paint touch up in spots. Any suggestions?

When used paint from original can, after throughly mixing paint , (the mixing stick was the exact same color as the walls) , however, it dried much darker than the wall paint. I really don't want to paint the room over. Any suggestions? Thank you

      Thank you, that is probably what happened....I didn't want to paint the whole thing over, guess I will have to!! 😩

    The only fix that I can think of is to paint blocks of the fresh paint in random areas around the room so that the difference in color looks intentional. Kind of like an intended design paint job.

    Another idea along the same lines would be to use a sponge (almost dry) with paint and "feather" out the paint. Then step back and add paint to even out the wall/area when you look at the whole picture
