Hello Pap! You shouldn't have any problem painting over gloss paint. Double check this with the manager at your paint store, but gloss paint will be a hard surface with no oils in it to separate any over coat. Try it in an obscure corner of gloss paint, and see what you're new coat does. If there is any separation you may want to sand it lightly. A swiffer sweeper with a fine grade sande paper should do the trick. Good luck!
