Definitely prime first as the bricks will soak in a lot of paint. Then I might even do a chalk paint in more of a white wash instead of complete coverage. Since paint on a floor is going to wear over time, why not embrace that look and give it a worn and weathered look from the beginning. I think this would create a cozy look!Helpful Reply -
