What brush did you use to paint?
It's usually because of moisture escaping from the surface you painted, but can also happen if you paint in high heat or apply oil paint over latex. Check with the store where you purchased the paint. Get the # of Behr through 1-800-373-3411, this is a free # to get anyone who has an 800 #. You ask for Behr paint, spell Behr to them. Good Luck!
