How do I restart a Navien water-less heater after a power failure?

Almost every time the power goes out, so,does not water heater. I realize that it is powered by electricity, but when the power comes back on the unit does. Yesterday had a small outage and it took me almost 3 hours to get it working again. Would press the control box, it would start and then go out.

To turn the water heater on or off, press the Power button. When the power is on, the temperature will appear on the front panel display. If an error message appears, you can try resetting the water heater to resolve the problem. To reset the waterheater, press the Reset button.

No reset button. Did all of this yesterday. Was up and down the stairs bout 20 times. It would catch and then the red light came back in.
Pull out your owners manual, or look up on line if you can't find it. Go through the troubleshooting FAQ'S or call customer service.
