How can I keep Burner covers from rusting?

You can try coating it in an oil and baking it in an oven for an hour at 450. Recoat with oil and bake 2 more times. This will provide a protective barrier to prevent future rust. God luck!Helpful Reply -

Buy yourself a modern stove and oven.........I had a hard time gettin' use to mine, but now I realize all that work? For what, it continues and never stops......work is not my thing anymore......I wanna play!!!Helpful Reply -

After each time that you heat them up, apply a light coat of oil, like you would to any cast iron cookware, that's after you re-season them like Shoshana said.Helpful Reply -
