Put ice in the top bowl and let it get cold. It will contract, then you can pull apart. I have had to do glasses that way.
I was toing to say pop in the freezer for a few minutes.
Yes, chill the top bowl and warm the bottom bowl which will expand.
Set the bottom bowl in hot water, place ice in the top bowl.
Set the bottom in a sink of hot water so it will expand and put cold water in the top bowl so it contracts.
Run very hot water over the bottom bowl and the expansion should allow you to separate them.
microwave them for 30 to 90 seconds and the pressure from the water trapped between them will pop them apart
i tried the first ones...i will try the other. so far the cold top & hot bottom did not work. thanks to all
