How to fix dark spots on bottom of bathtub?
Our house was built in 1969. The tub shower combo has black spots on the bottom of the tub. Looks like worn places where the finish is coming off. Short of replacing it, what can be done to fix it?

Southern Queen@Try a 'Mr Clean Eraser'. Cleans my very old tub quite well.

There are enamel repair kits, or you can have it professionally done.

I left some strong Clorox water in my tub overnight and it cleaned the dark spots from the bottom of the old tub where I live now.......It is not totally gone but so light it is not offensive anymore..........
