How to fix dripping bathtub faucet in older mobile home

1975 model mobile home. It is a bathtub/shower combo.

You may be able to get by with just replacing the cartridges or washers in the handles depending on where you leak is coming from. If you have to replace the whole faucet you will probably have to cut a hole in the wall in the adjoining room to access it. That is what I need to do to replace mine. I just haven't built up the courage. The hole can be covered by an access panel available at most big box stores if you have to go that route.
