Call the manufacturer with the model number of your unit. You might be able to get a brand new handle either for free or very reasonably.

Is this in a refrigerator freezer section? You can always drill a small hole in a plastic lid and put on a knob that fastens with a screw.

    Hi Joy,

My name is Linda. I haven't had to do this, but I found another discussion on this topic that might give you some insight. Good luck! Wishing you the best.

Hi Joy! Do you have a picture so we can get a better idea of where you want to put the glue? Otherwise, I can say that here in Connecticut, where it gets pretty darned cold in the winter, Gorilla Glue that I used to put a cement bird bath back together hasn't come apart in all the years since I did the repair. So, Gorilla Glue might be your 'go to' for the freezer lid. Good luck!

Joy, I'd like to help, but I'm not sure what your asking. I'm trying to visualize what you mean. Where is your freezer, top, bottom, or side by side?
