Is there a a way to repair chips in a stovetop?

I don’t want to replace the oven because it works great and I like it. It has a bisque finish.

You can contact the manufacturer for touch up paint. Most companies have this. If they don't you can find appliance touch up paint on amazon. -

I called the manufacturer of my Bisque stove top. They had appliance touch up paint that was an exact match. Worked like a charm.
