Thanks William, thanks for the link, forgot my other issue, hard to find a reverse thread nut at Home Depot. Oh, don't ask them for advise, they wanted to have me tap on the threaded screw into the chamber, which would cause scaring from the calcium build up. The link did give me an idea, pour CLR into the shower head with the water off and let it sit. Going to try that next.

You can also try to loosen it with some WD40
You can put Lime Away in a baggie and tie it around the shower head also.
you can also heat up the valve body with a torch for about 30 seconds and then pull the old cartridge out
its quicker and simpler than trying to find a reverse nut With the same thread size. Plus you can keep the torch after to start up bbqs and campfires easier
