I just need to know if it’s safe to put kiwis 🥝 down the garbage disposal?

I was told if I can chew it and swallow it. It's ok for a garbage disposal.
Kiwi is soft and should easily be chewed up in the disposable. It is anything that is really stringy, like celery and banana peels that can cause problems.
Kiwi is not fibrous so it should be fine. Make the disposal smell like strawberries too
