Use a rubber mallet or piece of 2X4 and a hammer to gently pound the bricks level. Then you can cement caulk to seal the crack.
You definitely need to get those bricks level before sealing the crack/s. They sell already mixed concrete patch in what looks similar to a tube of toothpaste. Just follow the instructions on the tube.
Looks like you house has shifted. Level with a rubber mallet, then fill the cracks with mortar or get a concrete patch at Home Depot. The tube stuff, has a funny color, I opted out for a small tub of concrete patch.
