Use a steamer it should bring it off without any problems

Just don’t hold the steamer in one place for too long as it may blow the plaster under the paper.

    Happy stripping

Tried that, took forever and still seems to be a sheen of glue on wall. Looks terrible! I was so afraid of ruining sheet rock

Start with supplies, drop cloth, scraper, paint tray, roller with long handle, the paint roller goes on the end of the handle, and hot water. Pour hot water into the paint tray, not too full. Roll the roller in the hot water, and drag it out of the paint, so it's not soaked and wet. Start rolling from the bottom up, do half the space then scrape the paper off. Next do the middle up to the top, and scrape. After all the walls are done, clean the glue off with a good size sponge, with warm water. Most of the glue is easy to get off. If your going to paint, make sure the walls are clean, let dry for two days. Happy New Year!
