It depends on how old they are. Do you know the mfg. of the handles? I would try Home Depot or Lowes and if they don't have them maybe they could order them for you
Amazon is a good resource. It requires a bit of research first.
EBay is another source with lots of choices in cabinet hardware.
The Restore sells used hardware, although selection and condition varies greatly according to locations.
