What is the best glue to glue a leather patch on my leather sofa?

I use E6000 glue for everything from crafts to repairs. You can find it at Walmart, too!

I used to make some leather/fur items years ago, my go to glue was Elmer's wood glue. I know it sounds weird but it works very well. I assume the tear isn't on the seat, it that's the case, you may have a hard time.

I would use a glue strictly for leather and vinyl repair. Three M makes this adhesive.

Here is a handy chart for Make magazine. It suggests the best adhesive to use on light materials as well as dissimilar materials. It's really handy and helpful. http://i1.wp.com/makezine.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/adhesive_chart_big.png
