Try E6000 glue first. If the break is too big or will not glue place it on it's side on the ground with the break exposed upwards. Plant a plant that will be bushy in the opening.
Hi Phyllis, You could use Isopon or a strong concrete mix or a glue that can fix concrete!
You could use Gorilla Glue, it is good for hard to stick surfaces.
you could try some tile thinset.
