I have a broken cement statue. What glue would I use to fix it?

The head broke off when it tipped over. I live in zone 5. It is an outside statue.

marine epoxy
Epoxy. Two parts that you mix together an use immediately. Before doing this you may have to see how you will support the figure while the epoxy is gluing. Such as lying it in a padded box etc. Since you cannot clamp it in most instances. I have done this and it works.
