Please go see the pros at the local roofing supply store near you ,don't go to big box stores or paint stores as they often sell you the product they have avai5or want to sell the roofing supplier will sell you the correct product for your climate and application needed or will tell you what you need even if they don't sell it

My husband has used Kool Seal on our travel trailer. It's elastomeric product with white reflective coating. We live in Florida, where reflecting heat gain is a must.

Pressure washing the RV roof is not a good idea as it can destroy the RV roofing membrane (and moisture can trap in the membrane). I have seen firsthand the strength of the water literally cut right through the rubber membrane. You can use Roof Cleaner/Protect that is the best RV roof cleaner in my experience. As far as a good quality sealant is concerned, I suggest RV Roof Magic that has over a 25-year history of success. Liquid roof is very durable, long lasting, and highly adhesive. It has excellent waterproofing and weather resistant properties that results in a smooth seamless membrane when dry. It has a life expectancy of more than 15 years. It has a 1520 PSI tensile strength and has extremely waterproof abilities as it can withstand ponding water 365 days a year along with making the RV exterior extremely waterproof, airtight, and resistive.
