How do I get iron out of my well water?

I have well water with a high concentration of iron. It stains my clothes and toilets and shower. Does anyone know how to remedy this? We have a filter under the house but it doesn’t seem to help.

the only thing i know that removes iron is water softener pellets formulated to do so. there are products like iron out that may help. clr-calcium, lime, rust (iron)

Purchase a back wash system with a resin bed (have to add salt once a month)
I think you can only filter your house water......expensive, but will really help.....
