if the plastic is blue replace as soon as possable

you can buy insulated wraps to go around any pipes if you live in an area where it gets very cold I would insulate metal and plastic to be on the safe side

is there a type of insulation the comes in a roll like an ace bandage does? my pipes are attached to the rafters with hangers. the foam pipe covers aren't fully covering the pipes with hangers acting as spacers
