Darla on Feb 03, 2015You could just fasten a board vertically between the hose and the trap.Helpful Reply

Fre1233165 on Feb 03, 2015Hang something heavy on it. I guess use your imagination there. Mine has a heavy washer like thing in the bottom crook of the hose(under the cabinet), The guy who installed said that was what it was forHelpful Reply

Darla on Feb 04, 2015You could just hang a heavy nut or washer on it with a twist tie or piece of wire or zip-tie. That way you don't have to disassemble anything.Helpful Reply

Callie Henrichs on Feb 19, 2015Cut a portion of a pool noodle and tape it on. Or you could use a firm plastic, think milk jug and secure it over it. Either solution will prevent it from catching on it.Helpful Reply

Lisa B. on Mar 09, 2015I had the same problem. I cut a length of leftover foam pipe insulation long enough to cover the nut and about 4" of the trap pipe on either side. Problem solved.Helpful Reply

John Reilly on Mar 24, 2015The sprayer hose has a circular 'cast' to it. If unhooked from both ends and thrown onto the floor it would lay in a circular form. Loosen the nut at the top near the faucet, NOT the sprayer and with the hose loosened twist it away from the drain. Now re-tighten the nut by the faucet. The picture shows the hose from the faucet coming down to the right and then up past the drain to the sprayer head and what you need is for the sprayer hose to loop down NEXT to the drain then loop to the right and then up to the sprayer head.Helpful Reply
